We Look Before We Fix

When you call or send a message about a leak, a slow drain or a water heater that has quit, we ask what you’re seeing and set a day for a visit. Xander Pace, who owns the company, comes out to the house, looks the problem over and tells you what he found and what he recommends.

Work starts once you’ve agreed to the plan. If something can’t wait for the visit, say so on the phone and we’ll explain what to shut off in the meantime.

My first job was hauling pipe and digging trenches for a repair crew, and I started Musser Park Plumbing in Lancaster in 2009. I like the jobs that take some tracing, where I have to slow down and find the real cause. Most days I’m under a sink or in a crawl space.

Reviews of Our Work

Called Xander about a slow drip under the kitchen sink that had started soaking the cabinet floor. He came out the same afternoon, found a loose slip nut on the trap, and replaced the worn washer. Charge was fair. I'm keeping a paper towel under there for a week to be sure, but so far it's bone dry!

Hiring them for our sewer line was a huge relief. We bought an older house and the camera showed the clay line to the street was full of roots, so part of the yard had to be dug up and the line replaced. They set the sod aside and put it back neatly. It ran a day past the estimate, but they kept us posted and never rushed. I've already recommended them to two neighbors.

Our upstairs toilet tank cracked and the tech found one that matched the bowl, so you can't tell anything changed. It had to be ordered and took about ten days, but he texted me when it shipped. When it came in he had it set in under an hour and swapped the fill valve while he was there. Knew his stuff. Looks good as new. Thanks!

Had Musser Park replace the outdoor spigot on the back of our house. The plumber was friendly and explained each step as he worked. The old one had split over the winter, so he put in a frost-free one. He ran the water and checked the basement for leaks before he left. Wasn't a big job and he still didn't cut any corners. We'll be calling Musser Park next time too.
